I was positively giddy when I saw the first sneak peek at the lip colors in the new ColourPop Cosmetics fall collection! All super rich blood reds in every single formula they have! I completely disregarded the fact that each of the five shades I purchased are the same color and I have NO REGRETS! I was also able to snag two non-burgundy shades and I’m excited to share all the goodness I just got in the mail! Rumor has it that this isn’t the entire collection, so stay tuned for part deux …
Last week, I purchased a bunch from ColourPop during their fall collection release. Apparently, that releases was just part one so expect about three more hauls from me this season possibly with other products (eye, face, etc.). But this time, it was all about the lips for me! So much so that I copped five different deep red lipsticks. How? How? How Imma supposed stop? How? (Please tell me you have seen that video! )
The only two shades that actually differ are Lovebug, a gorgeous mid-tone brown that pulls a tad orange, and Saigon, a bright orange red from the Karruche KaePop collection. I’d say my favorites from this haul are Hutch and Lovebug. Hutch is my first Ultra Satin Lip (I’m behind, I know!) and I’m really liking the formula. Lovebug is a unique shade to my collection, so very excited to bust this out in a monochromatic brown look!
